Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Videocast Pro, a service operated by Mudelilabor OÜ (Estonia), Pärnu mnt 175-1, 11624 Tallinn, Estonia. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Videocast Pro is an independent, web-streaming daily ranking of AI creator tool and model demos. A finite top thirty is published each day; six preview picks are free and the full thirty plus the archive require a membership. The service is web access only — there is no native app, smart-TV app, or offline download.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. A membership is intended for one person; we may limit simultaneous sessions to keep the service sustainable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Free trial
When subscription setup is connected, new members may start a 7-day free trial with full access to all thirty daily picks and the archive. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
4. Subscriptions & automatic renewal
After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the price you chose — Standard ($10/month or $99/year) or Pro ($12/month or $119/year) — and continues to renew at that interval until you cancel. Renewal terms are presented clearly before you subscribe. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. If you are charged for your first paid period, a 7-day money-back guarantee applies to that first charge — see the Refund Policy. Email [email protected].
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, scrape, resell, or publicly perform content from the service, circumvent access controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Demos remain the property of their respective creators; the Videocast Pro name, ranking, and editorial selection are ours. Submitting a demo does not guarantee a ranking and grants us a limited right to feature it.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Mudelilabor OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: [email protected].
