Refund Policy

We keep this simple. A free trial first, then a money-back guarantee on your first paid charge — operated by Mudelilabor OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia.

1. Free trial

Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial (when subscription setup is connected), with full access to all thirty daily picks and the archive. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you do not cancel in time and are charged for your first paid period, you can request a full refund of that first charge within 7 days of it being made. Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll process it.

3. After the first charge

Renewals after the first paid period are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

4. How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment provider once checkout is connected. Processing times depend on your bank.
