Mudelilabor OÜ (Estonia), Pärnu mnt 175-1, 11624 Tallinn, Estonia, is the data controller for Videocast Pro. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

• Account data — email address and authentication details when accounts are enabled.
• Billing data — handled by our payment provider once checkout is connected; we receive transaction status, not full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages viewed and basic device/browser information needed to run and secure the service.
• Communications — the content of emails you send us.

2. Why we use it (purposes)

• To provide the daily ranking and your membership.
• To process trials, renewals, and refunds.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your requests.

3. Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract (providing the service and billing), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (analytics or advertising cookies, where used), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

5. Processors & sharing

We keep account and billing records for as long as your membership is active and as required for tax and accounting; other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.
