How does the free trial work?

You start a 7-day free trial when subscription setup is connected. You get full access to all thirty daily picks and the archive during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged.

What if I don't like it?

Cancel before your trial ends at no cost. If you're charged for your first paid period, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge — just email [email protected].

Will I be charged automatically?

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the plan price you chose (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Renewal terms are shown clearly before you start.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are handled over an encrypted connection by a dedicated payment provider once checkout is connected. We never store full card details on our own servers.

Which devices can I use?

Videocast Pro works in any modern web browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone. We do not currently offer a native mobile, smart-TV, or offline-download app, and we won't claim one until it exists.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

No. Videocast Pro is web-streaming only and we do not offer offline downloads. We'd rather be honest about that than advertise a feature we don't ship.

Can I share my account?

A membership is intended for one person. We may limit simultaneous sessions to keep the service sustainable. See the Terms page for the current policy.

How are the demos selected?

A small human team watches fresh AI tool and model demos each day and ranks the top thirty by real usefulness, not by hype or view counts. A person makes the call, every day.

When does the ranking refresh?

The ranking resets every day at 00:00 in your own local timezone. The countdown on the page is calculated from your device clock — there is no fake reset timer.

Does the same demo stay #1 forever?

No. The ranking is rebuilt from scratch each day, so today's #1 may not appear tomorrow. That's the point — a fresh, honest shortlist every morning.

Can I submit my own tool demo?

Yes — creators can reach the team at [email protected] with a link. Submission doesn't guarantee a ranking; every demo is judged on usefulness like any other.
